Auto Fill feature is not working

    We use jotforms in a variety of ways but one of the most important features is having people fill out long forms as part of a certification process. Lately, whenever people have been filling out forms, their information disappears and they need to start over. Is there a way to restore a form after it disappears? People work for hours on these forms and then lose all of their work. This is so crucial to our business that we are about to take our business elsewhere if this is not resolved immediately.     The Auto Fill feature is enabled on your form. I tested your form and it is working properly. Please note that your users need to use the same browser and the same device to see previously entered data. After how long the data disappeared? The data should be saved for 1 day.

    If you want to save the data longer (90 days), I would suggest you to use Save Forms and Continue Later (session method). 

    How to Save Forms and Continue Later

    The Session method is saving the data on our servers. so your users will be able to access their sessions from any browser and device.
