Why is this suddenly not working? We must enter codes into the search box to locate batches of files for download. It has been working night and day for 5 months. We need this to work immediately

The search function is not working at the moment, our developers are working to fix it, you will be notified via this thread when this gets fixed.

I posted the initial thread about this. My workaround has been to export ALL submissions into Excel, where I can sort, filter, find, etc...... I am DREADING the part where I have to manually grab PDF'S and put them in order by hand.

First of all please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.
Kindly note that our submissions search issue has been escalated and our developers are well aware of it.
They work hard on addressing every single escalated issue so we will be hearing from them pretty soon via this thread.
