How to include the content of "Text" fields in submission PDF and emails?

Please note that by default header, images and text fields are not added in submission PDF and emails. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to display text fields in submission PDF: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to display text fields in submission emails but with a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement. You will have to edit your form's notification email alert and manually add the content of the text field in the email template. Please check the screenshot below:
