When I use this link and run the script to prepopulate the fields it only does one field

I am running the app, then completing the form defaults, then doing a generate URL and copy pasting the short link in to a new webbrowser tab. I only get first line. I’m not sure why. I wonder what your doing different???

I have just tested using the app and I can see it worked fine, I tested using the full link as well as the shortened version, both worked as expected, here are my links:

I found the caused of issue. Some symbol like hash (#) will not work properly in the app.
