Dear Sir/ Madam,
Please notice that we can't find some of the data in "Submission", for example, application no. AN3303. However, the data can be found in exported excel file.
As we use the Jot Form to record the update client's inquiries, we can't update the old record and it affects our daily operation. Please fix the problem asap.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Please note that all submissions are there but there seems to be some glitch with the search filter of form's submission page. Our backend team is already aware of this issue and they are working on it.
I am reporting it to our backend team and we will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them. For now, I would suggest you to go to page number 43 of your form's submission and you should be able to view the data for application number AN3303. Please check the screenshot below:
