as i open my account i am getting this error
because of that we are unable to receive any email notification of submission
please help us to resolved it at the earliest

If your e-mail address added to the bounce list, these steps can help you with the solution:
1.Click account shape icon found top of the page,then click accunt name
2.Go to settings then Check Bounce List and enter the email address you want to check
Then wirte or check e-mail address bounce list.
If you have an email address on the bounce list, it will be enough to remove it.

I've compared your form to another problem.This is an autoresponder problem. these steps can help you with the solution:
1. Open form
2. Click on "Settings".
3. Next, go to "Emails".4. Click pencil button
5. Click on “Recipients"
6. Select “Branch E-mail”
7. Click SAVE button
