We have a form on our website www.midlandsbta.co.uk/eBay.html - on our desktop it looks fine, on a mobile or tablet, the form extends many times the width of the screen, and when you find the active part of the form scrolling to the right, it is difficult to use, any suggestions?

See screenshot attached to make more sense.

    Thank you

The website link you provided shows a "Not Found" error message.

Please note that your website itself is not mobile responsive. I suggest re-embedding the form using the iFrame embed code instead. Here's a link on how to get that code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Please do share to us a working link to the website page where the form is embedded, I checked your main website but I don't see any JotForm form embedded on it.

    We'll wait for your response.
