Is there a way I can save all submissions from this year in a folder on JotForm?

I would like to keep the same forms for next year but want to start fresh with the submissions.  I know I can download to my computer, but would rather keep them in a folder on JotForm.

As far as I know, You can not store your form data on jotform. Still there is a way storing your data online by integrating third party services if it solves your problem.

I'm sorry, but you cannot archive submissions. You have to download them in the form to have a backup in an Excel or CSV file. You have to delete the submissions after. 

To be clearer : You can keep up to 500 submissions with a free account. However, if you happen to get new submissions every month and you go over 500, then the oldest ones will be deleted to make room for new ones, unless you upgrade to any paid plan.
