How can I disable an option once it has been selected?

I would like to be able to ask a survey where respondents answer questions by choosing answers from a pool of set answers - almost matching up - where once an answer has been selected it becomes unavailable for further selections.

I'm not sure if using multiple 'Unique Questions' would work for this?

Any insight would be appreciated.

I would recommend you to use a widget instead, the Gift Registry and the Inventory widgets will help you to disable an option once it has been selected.
