Is there anyway to have multiple Unique Questions?

I'm trying to build a survey where respondants answer questions by selecting from apool of answers. However, when an answer is selected, I want this to be unavailable as a choice in all future questions. It's almost like matching answers to questions. 

I thought it might work if i was able to have multiple Unique Questions - where every time one was answered the selected answer would disappear from subsequent questions.

Any help would be much appreciated. 

I inspected your form and if I understood correctly, you want to disable a dropdown option that was selected in previous dropdown field. For example, if 'SWANSEA (H) v Man Utd' option was selected in Goals Scored field, you want to disable that option in all other fields. Unfortunately, that is not possible. 

Maybe you can achieve this with two Visual Multi Select widget.
