Email bounce back list

    When we log on, we get a message saying our email has been put on a bounce back list and that jotform could not send us emails. We select the option to be removed from the list, but every time we log on it still says we are on the list. We've been missing a few submissions and think this may be the reason why. Can you make sure we're taken off the list?

    There might be on of our notifications in your spam folder, please check it, and if you find one there, mark it as NOT SPAM. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider:
