Also is it possible on your system to setup scheduled exports of the completed forms?  A key concern for us is how we can automate the data extracts to minimise our staff having to run manual extracts each day/week/month etc?

If you don't want to manually download the submission data, you have a couple of options for retrieving up to date submission data:

    1. Use a grid listing report.

You access it via a link that is provided instead of logging into JotForm and navigating to the submissions. It also has a couple options you can configure such as password protecting the report or adding an edit link to modify submissions easily. Note that the grid listing report also includes a search filter for dealing with large amounts of data.

    2. Use Google Sheets Integration.

So that each submission is sent to a spreadsheet as a new row. You can then access your spreadsheet with up to date information.
