I have checked your JotForm and see that the Authorize.net is configured correctly. Also, as I check the submissions for the form I see that the payments are also processed correctly and they must be reflecting in your Authorize.net account. If not, you may check with Authorize.net by providing them with the transaction ID displayed in the submissions.
