I set up an auto responder which should reply to person who filled in the form.
it doesn't work
can you verify my settings?

I have just tested your form and received the email auto-responder without any problem:
I have also checked your account email history and noticed all the emails have been sent without any problem too, I would recommend you to test your form emails once again and check if they ended up in the spam/junk folder, if you find them there, simply removing them should help to avoid future emails to skip the inbox folder.
Also, note that you need to submit your form in order to receive the email, if you use the test email button from the wizard, the email will be sent to the address set up under your account.
