My conditions are no longer working on my form.

    I have a form that has conditions set up to hide or show other questions, based on answers given. They have been in place and working fine for a year. They no longer work and all questions are displayed.

    I have checked the conditions on a different form and the feature is working fine. Also, I have cloned your JotForm to my account and see that there are several conditions with missing fields. Did you delete any fields on the form?

    Could you check the conditions on your form once again to see what went wrong? You may also revert the form to an earlier working version from the from revision history. Here is the guide.

    To clear up any confusion, I have just cleared out any conditions that had
    missing fields.
    However, currently all conditions in place with no missing fields are no
    longer working, even though they worked fine before.
    Please advise.

    I cloned you form to test it and the the conditions do look to be functioning.

    Is there a specific condition in the form that is not working?  I checked your form and the conditions appear to be working there as well.
