Issues with MailChimp integration: Unable to Match Fields

    Hi, I'm following these instructions for a Mailchimp integration:

    I am not able to complete the Match Your Fields section, since the fields do not show up (see screenshot). I have tried starting a new form with a new API key but keep running into the same issue (per the advice here: Do you know what is causing this?
