Not receiving Jotform notifications

    We are using Office 365 and not receiving notification emails upon form submission. We are receiving these emails on other email addresses like yahoo, gmail, etc, but not on our Office 365 email address. Please let us know what exactly needs to be white-listed.

    Please check your spam folder, and if you find the notifications there, mark them as NOT SPAM. Also, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider:  https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
