Why does it say I've exceeded my limit?

    My form is getting an error that it's exceeded it's limit. However, we have not exceeded our account limit yet, and therefore should not yet have to upgrade. Please help. The latest form is linked to a an event this weekend.

    Upon inspection of your account I found that you have accepted 13 payment submissions this month, out of the 10 that your Free status allows, which explains the message you received about exceeding your limit.
