Why can't I register?

    I'm attempting to set up an account with you guys, however it's saying that the email address for my business is already registered.  How is that?  I've never use JotForm in the past.  Please explain....

    I have checked on our records and found you had created an account on April 20, 2017 using the same address you're trying to use now. 

    The username is myuniquesweets and you may request a password so you can access to the account and review the form currently placed there. 

    You could request the password change on the login page: https://www.jotform.com/
