I am having email notification issues

    Last week I had asked about issues of getting notifications from Jot Form once the projects were uploaded. We weren't getting the notifications consistently over the last couple of weeks.

    One of the techs set me up as to how to check if our notification email address was on a bounce list. Which it was

    He got it off the list and then also pointed me to how to setup SMTP  for a form using our own address. I had no good results with this attempt. notifications quit all together. I went back to the normal defaults and I am still having my email address show up on the "bounce list" Never was on this list over the last year and now it seems to be persistent that we keep ending up on a bounce list. Is there something that can be done from your side to insure that we stay off the bounce list?

    Your email address is not currently listed in our bounce list, so I cannot check the bounce reason message. However, according to the previous thread, the message was rejected as a spam by your email provider.

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 Rejected: Message looks like SPAM

    You may try whitelisting emails coming from our noreply@jotform.com sender.
