I accidentally deleted all of them when I intended to delete just one entry. Thank you

Unfortunately, it's not possible to restore delete submissions. If you previously download them through a report, then you could just import them by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/308-Import-App-Easily-import-your-Excel-or-CSV-data-into-JotForm

I thought that was likely the case. Here is another situation which may or may not be related to my having deleted the login submissions:

A membership applicant began filling out her application yesterday, closed it and then later when she came back to it, the application was blank. She had not hit “Submit” so her work should have been saved. I deleted the applicant login submissions on Friday, but she said she was able to get into her application yesterday, then upon returning to it, the info she had put in was gone. Any idea why this happened?

I'm not sure how that happened since the feature for Continue later is not switched on:

Unless you switched it off recently?

If that's the case, the data wouldn't show if the Browser was changed or device where the form was started filling.

Also, if the cookies were cleared from the Browser the data will disappear.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
