I am trying to pay before my subscription is cancelled and it will not let me pay please help

    I am trying to pay. I have this email.  Please advise. 

    Dear jirehbiz, 

    We have been unable to collect the payment for your subscription. 

    To keep your account active please log in to your account and update your billing details within the next 3 days or your subscription will be cancelled.

    Amount Due: 9.50 (USD) 

    This covers usage between 2017-08-12 and 2017-09-12

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I have checked your account and found that there was an error at the moment of charge you, but seems like the payment was processed successfully today August 18.
