Uploading a PDF Document

I have used Google Sheets to get the source code for a PPT presentation and this has worked well, I have now tried it with a PDF doc, and then use the text box to input the source code. This works very well, unfortunately before the student can look at the document I receive a message from Google Docs asking me to give permission to view the document. I want to avoid this, can you advise me please?

Many thanks again for all your support and help.

    Martin

Further to my last message, here is the link to the form, although I have made it mobile responsive it doesn't open on a smartphone or tablet!

It is possible that there is a restriction on your Google Drive folders or the direct link that you are using is incorrect.

Please get the direct link to the file in Google Drive and then embed it to the form using the iFrame Embed widget.

You might want to check these links:

Please take note that we have a widget called PDF Embedder. This widget allows you to embed a PDF file inside the form. Please check this guide: How-to-Display-a-PDF-Document-on-Your-Form.
