Why is my account downgraded to free plan?

    Hi Team,

     I was using platinum plan but suddenly my plan changed to 100 mb.Please look into this matter on highly priority basis as my work is hampered due to change in plan.

    Hello Neeraj_Verma,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your account and it seems the payment for your platinum subscription plan was not successful. That is the reason why your account is downgraded to free plan. I would suggest you to please upgrade your account again to desired plan.

    But Platinum Plan is not showing in my account.

    Hello Neeraj_Verma,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    Please take a look at our Gold plan and see if that fits into your requirement. I believe Gold subscription plan should be sufficient for you as it allows you to receive 100,000 submission per month.

    gold plan not sufficient for us.plese share the link of platinum plan for the upgrade because my data is already above 5 Tb.
