i logged into jotform to upgrade. but I upgraded the wrong account. I upgraded an account that was shared with me.
wrong account: see attachment called: "wrong jot".
My details are:
I think I used my amex, which ends in: 106134 (expiry is 08/21)
if not, it was my mastercard.. which ends in:5581297 (expiry is 08/21)
I upgraded to silver. with annual payment. this was error.
Can i please have this refunded to my credit card, status of account returned to how it was before the upgrade?

In attention to your request, I have cancelled the Silver yearly subscription you have purchased on the above indicated account and full refund is being processed, please allow 7-10 business days for reimbursement to reflect in your bank statement. The account is downgraded to Free status.
