Search function not working

When I type in a last name in the search criteria box it said there were 59 matches on 5 pages.  I scrolled through the first page of names and did not locate the matching first name. When I clicked on the arrow to go to page 2 of 5 to examine the next records for a match, it was blank.  The bottom right still said 59 records and the left side said 5 pages, but only one page of the matches is visible.  

This is maddening.  Why can't it be fixed?  My job depends on being able to report out on these 13000 records and to retrieve them in sets of PDFs.  

Please fix. Other problems have been very temporary and have been fixed immediately.
