    Hi Jot support,

I'm a new user to Jotform. Heard alot about it so I thought to test it. Interface and features are outstanding but I'm having speed concerns. My form load time went upto 8 sec. Ideal load time should be within 3 seconds, that is not happening right at the moment. My internet speed is pretty fast so that's not the issue.

Can you please my forms at your end, may be doing some speed test and let me know how the speed can be increased.

    Looking forward

    Quill

I tested the load of your form and it is around 3s:

    Is your form embedded somewhere?

How did you check the speed?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Hi Nik, I used screen o matic and recorded the form loading. one went 4 second when it was cached in browser. The other time I opened in firefox, it was not already cached so it took 8 sec to load.

Thank you for getting back to us.

I tested in FireFox (so not cached) and it was around 4s:

If you want to speed it up a bit, you can download the complete source code of your form and place it on your website.  This way, all sources and codes will be coming from one domain which should greatly lower the loading time of your form.

You can learn here how to download the complete source of your form. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

Let us know if that could work for you.

    Thank you!
