    Hi,

I sent a form to my customer an she let me know that the form says disabled. I went to login and it says I'm suspended. I'm not sure why. Does this mean I lost the forms I made? I worked so hard on them and love using this site!

    Thank you,

    Taryn

(I send the form through email so I don't have a url)

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. Your account was reported by our phishing detection system as suspicious of phishing activities. I see that you only have two forms on your account and both of it triggered the suspension.

We have noticed that you've been collecting credit card information on your forms using Configurable List widget.

Okay, so if I just take the credit card part off then I can still use the forms? I can do that. Thanks!

just wondering--why do they have the credit card field as an option to use, then?

The credit card fields which is innate to the payment fields are different and processes directly to the payment gateway. These do not store in our system. For this reason, these are not the same as for making use of a regular text field or widget for collecting credit card information.

I have now reactivated your account. Please remove the said fields before our system flags the form which may cause your account's suspension again.

If you have questions, please let us know.
