How can I create a contact form with multiple email recipients

How can I create a contact form that allows person filling out the form to choose from several different emails recipients.  See screenshot. You help is much appreciated!  deb

You can achieve that using Conditions on the form Emails.

In your example, Recipient dropdown list can be used as the basis to whom the email will be sent.
