Hi, I am going to run an advertising server. The main feature of it is, that the customers can insert their advertisemnet to sell something. I am looking for a form, that they would fill out to be sent to our emails, where they will enter some personal information, information about the goods they want to sell etc., and they will check some checkboxes with some options of the advertisemnet. These checkboxes would contain priced features, so I would like the customer to see live price for the advertisement, as he is checking and unchecking the checkboxes. Each checkbox will have a set price, and the customer will see the total price live on his screen by checking the checkboxes. Is there anything like this on your site?

    Hello Olda,

You this is possible to create with JotForm. With the use of form calculation features, the user can add up choices with corresponding amount and that amount may cumulatively to sum an amount.

Here is a guide to know more about using Form calculation widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget

Or an easier version is you can make use of a purchase order field with using check boxes to be able to do multiple selections. By using a Purchase order field, although this can be considered a payment field, this is not necessarily the case for such field since this has no integration with any payment gateway services. You can check out this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/answers/276113-Using-the-Purchase-Order-field

Hi, thank you very much for your answer. I understand there is a way it can be done, so I will extend my question a bit. I need to do actually a complex form with many multiple options. For instance: The customer would choose 1,3,7 or 14 days advertisement. Each would have a different price. Next, he chooses, whether there are any variants - he can have max. of 20, but only 5 are paid. So for each length, there need to be 5 different prices for variants, and the variants should display only if he "checks" variants YES. It should display the correct variants for the length he chooses, the other variants should stay hidden. On top of it, he can choose additional services, and some of them are calculated based procentually, based on the previous answers. I tried to work on it on your site and start a new form, but I am really little lost here.

Is this something that you'd like to achieve. This is a sample form I've created for you https://form.jotformpro.com/72331605959966?

Feel free to clone this form if you like http://www.jotform.com/help/28-Cloning-a-Form-from-a-Web-Page.

For your reference, you can assign different values on each of the checkbox, radio or dropdown options. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

It is also easy to show and hide fields, guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-show-or-hide-a-field-in-the-form-based-on-the-other-field-input-or-selection
