I had contacted you several times and no answer until now ????

I had use your form and add the payment of 2 payment gate from your list and the answer of this payment gate companies they said they are not going to accept the payment !@!

please answer me soon if this is going to work or not ???????????????????

I didn't find any of your previous threads and I checked both of your accounts.

Regarding your issue, I see you have this form http://www.jotform.me/form/71575185635464 but there is no payment field included in it, so I'm not sure to which payments you're referring to?

Do you have some other form? 

I wasn't able to find any form on the Facebook page either.
