PayPal Integration: Will respondents be charged twice if the submission is edited and submitted?

If I edit the form and select "submit", does that mean that the artist will be charged twice?  Paying by check isn't a problem, but what if they select the paypal option?  Does it charge them twice?

When the form is in edit mode, the payment field is disabled and the previous selection(s) cannot be altered. Submitting the form in edit mode will not charge your respondents twice. Also, submitting the form will not redirect you to the PayPal page but instead to your form's Thank-You page.
