Request to update guide on how to obtain PayPal API credentials

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience if the guide we have to obtain PayPal API credentials only has the old PayPal interface. I believe PayPal still uses the old interface for most of their users as their official guide still shows the instructions for the old interface — https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/apiCredentials/#create-and-manage-certificate-credentials
