Why does register button not appear on website when on a tablet or mobile?

    Hi,
When I view the form on my website, it appears to have the register now button accessible. However, I have been told when families try to register from a mobile/tablet/i-pad they are not able to submit because there is no register button. I am not sure how to fix this. Thank you!

I have just found that if I rotate the phone, I can access the register now button. Yet, this is not intuitive to people filling out the form. Any idea?

I tested your website on my iPhone and I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the form was loading fine, register button as well:

On which phones/tablets did you test your website?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Yes, thank you for the reply. I spent numerous hours last night reformatting the form so it would "work". Yet, took out information that I would like to have included. I cannot add any information beyond what the form is. As well as shrunk the pixals and size of the various boxes. While this works, I would like to have a section with information for the families.

    Thank you

The usual problem with responsiveness is how the form is embedded since all our forms are mobile responsive by default. You could check that by accessing the form directly with form URL.

What we could do is, you could add the fields that you need and then we can check the web page and provide you with CSS that will make the form responsive.

Let us know if that makes sense.

    Thank you!
