    I got other problem, my form have one checkbox and when user select, it shows white color, (in my white background it looks invisible) I need it to be red, the only way I found is by using advance design but then after I change the color all form design also changes. Can you advise please? It's the same link. Thank you.

    I can see that the check mark is color white in the form (http://www.jotform.me/form/72040449851455). Here's a screenshot:

    To change the color of the check mark, please add this Custom CSS Code to your form:

    .form-checkbox-item:not(#foo) label:after {

        background-color: #ff0000;

        box-shadow: 0 3px 0 0 #f50000, 3px 3px 0 0 #ff0000, 6px 3px 0 0 #ff0000, 9px 3px 0 0 #ff0000, 8px 6px 0 0 rgba(230, 241, 236, 0), 10px 1px 0 0 rgba(4, 19, 13, 0);

    }

    Here's a guide on how to inject the Custom CSS Code to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Here's the result:
