We have been using your product for years collecting credit card information and putting it into our quickbook merchant services account. You have blocked us a number of times for Phishing. I have invested much time into your credit card processing options and they do not work well with my quickbooks intuit merchant services. In fact 2checkout holds payments for a week before processing which is using my money for financial gain and I need to know right away if someone cancels a payment not a week later.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Did you already integrate 2Checkout with any of your forms? As I check your account, I see that there are two forms in your account and notice one of them is having First Data integration, but not configured. If you have configured and removed 2Checkout integration on the form, you may check your 2Checkout account for the payments authorized/received and cancel/refund them from the 2Checkout dashboard itself. JotForm doesn't handle any payments and all the payment related information will be sent to the payment gateway for further processing.
