I see the forms requested in Jotform , but not all are being forwarded to my email? Our business depends of the quotes requested to make sales. Is jotform not geared to do this? Please don't send me the email saying that we should have the emails sent right to us because we tried following instructions a number of times and that stopped us from getting the forms all together. The forms are not getting spammed either. What do we do? We are paying for a service that doesn't seem to be very reliable.

I checked the email history logs of your account and the emails are being sent successfully. Here's a screenshot:

Could you please provide the form ID so we can check it further? Also, please provide the email recipient that is not receiving the notification email.
