I would like my form to prepopulate certain fields before we send the form to our customer. But, I would like this done automatically.
So for example
Jane Doe
email address: Janedoe@gmail.com
I would like to pull the name and email address either from active campaign or from a google spreadsheet and then have it sent to the customer with a unique URL.
Can this be done?
Ultimately, my intention is as follows:
1. I want the customer to fill out jot form, but, not unnecessarily burden with data that I can supply (prepopulate) and then send that prepopulated form to the customer to complete.
2. Is there a way to auto read a spreadsheet such as above to pick up the necessary data from the google spreadsheet, auto-populate Jot form and then send that unique form to the customer.
I hope you are able to assist me in my quest. Thank you

It is possible to pre-populate forms with URL parameters:
https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters
However, it is not currently possible to create the URL's automatically from an outside source. It would be possible with a fair bit of development work, but it is not something we would be able to support.
