I have a submitted encrypted form. How do I view the responses unencrypted?

You have to upload your private key to decrypt the encrypted data. I saw that you created another thread where you mentioned that you did not save the key. If you do not have the key than it is not possible to decrypt the data. I would suggest you to check the Downloads folder on your computer and check if the key was saved there.

If you are unable to find the key then I would suggest you to turn OFF encryption on your form and then to turn in back ON. When you turn encryption back to ON create a new key. With the new key, you will be able to decrypt new submissions, but you will not be able to decrypt old submissions.

More about encrypted form and how to use them you can find inside of this guide:

Thank you, sorry for so many threads although once I closed the window I couldn't figure out how to get to my question. Any help on that for future support would be much appreciated so I can navigate directly to my posed question.

    Thanks again!
