Unable to view my own form or download it as a pdf

    Hello,

    I need the following form to be downloaded as a pdf, and I am unable to do it. When I click on "Save to PDF" it only says that it's working. Please help

    I checked the Page URL (https://www.girlswithclass.org/positions-available) that you have provided and I was not able to see a form.

    I checked your account and I can see that it is over the limit. You have reached the Monthly Submission limit and that's the reason why you cannot download the uploaded files. You can upgrade your account to any paid plan to fix the issue or wait for the monthly limit reset which happens every first day of the month before downloading the attachment/uploaded files.
