I am a bit confused. I am using the free service. It shows I need to upgrade. The only thing I can see is the form submission is over but according to the chart dont I get 500? I went ahead and upgraded, however, I find this very misleading. I thought the 100 showing at the top was for payments. Any way I am just a bit confused. thanks

The free accounts are limited to 100 submissions or 10 payment submissions. You received 201 submissions this month and because of that, you saw the message that you need to upgrade your account.
500 is total submission storage. Submission Storage (total) => This is the total number of submissions you can store on your account itself, this is different from the first one which is a monthly limit. So for example, in "Free" plan, you are only allowed to have a total submission storage of 500. These 500 are the most recent submissions that you received. If you exceed your limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, giving way for the new ones to be received.
