Our account has been downgraded again, this is really annoying.
We security reasons we had to change the primary email address on the paypal account and I have a feeling this has something to do with our downgrade. However we already paid for the whole month on the 17th of August (See attachment). Could you please resolve that problem as soon as possible? Should this cause future problems we will change our monthly payments to debit card.

I see that your account was downgraded to Free due to the cancellation of your previous PayPal subscription S-2RE50662899827703. However, I see that your account is again upgraded to the Silver monthly subscription using PayPal (S-81408001PY6244122). I have now changed the account status again to Silver.
