How can I get the link to open on a smartphone? it opens on a laptop or desktop but not on a smartphone...

Do you mean to say how to open the form on a phone? If so, the same form URL should be working fine when opened using the browser in a smartphone. Please provide us with the link to the form or the web page where the form is embedded so that we can check it further and provide you with necessary assistance.
