I am unable to access my account and I am not receiving the password reset email

    Trying to login but it doesn't recognize my password. It says an e-mail will be sent, but i've been waiting for hours and nothing. Can you help?

    I have tried to find an account associated with the email address you're currently using, but I couldn't find any.
