PayPal: How can I find the payer information?

How can i identify a registration submission and which pay pal charge it belongs to when the name on the credit card is different from the registration name

If the payment was successfully completed, you could just check the payer information right below the purchased products, example: 

The info under the payer info may be different than the information placed into the name fields on the form. 

If the payment was not completed for any reason, then you would not be able to find such information on your submissions as the payment was not completed.
