I have checked your account and noticed you are currently under an EU zone, this would require to have someone from the JotForm Support team located in EU to check your account.
Before to send this forum thread I would like to recommend you the following:
1. Try enabling unique submissions based on user's cookies and IP address, details on this guide.
2. You can also set submissions based on questions on your form, please refer to this guide for more details.
3. You could also add a captcha field to your form, this should also help you to stop spam.
Please let us know if after applying any of these options you are still getting multiple submissions from the same source.
