Never received the email and you guys responded with this:
I checked our logs and did not see an export for that date. Try running the export again, it definitely should have finished by now. If the new export does not complete, let us know and we will forward this to our developers to have a look.
When I go to delete the export it ask if I want to delete the file - see screenshot. I need to know 100% that it does not mean it will delete submissions. Sorry I keep asking this, but we do not have a back up yet and it makes me nervous.

You could delete the log and that will not affect your submissions nor files, only the export log will be deleted.
I would suggest you to request the download again and let us know if the issue persists and the process gets stuck, we will be glad to take another look to your account and export logs.
