    Entry A Title

    Tiny Teapot_FritM.jpg

    Image Size
    8 X 10
    Framed Size
    10 X 12
    Price
    $350
Upload "A" Image Please see the Entry A Title.  The artist put the file name (under the image) in the title field which is incorrect.  I want to edit the Entry A Title field to just "Tiny Teapot".  When I try to do this the message I get is "Incomplete Values.  Upload 'A' Image is Required.  Go back and fix the problem."  Your support team tells me that I have to upload this image to my computer to change the file name.  I DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE THE FILE NAME WHICH IS "Tiny_Teapot_FritM.jpg", but want the Entry A Title to be "Tiny Teapot".  Does this make sense? I am the curator of this show and it won't bode well with everyone if I can't make a simple change to the entry form.  PLEASE CALL ME at 505-270-6784. Sally Prince

Unfortunately, we do not provide phone support, but we will be more than happy to assist you through this forum post.

I have just cloned your form and tested it on my end, it seems to be working as I was able to edit the "Entry A Title" value and I was not asked to upload the file again.

I would suggest you to edit the submission on your form and avoid clicking on the "Choose file" buttons, otherwise the already uploaded files may be cleared.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue, we will be glad to have another look to your form.
