We were sent an email stating that our account / subscription is no longer active due to the expiration of our credit card. We pay yearly thru PayPal and that account status hasn't changed. Please advise. Thanks.

I checked your account and it is under the Free user. Upon checking it further, it seems like you did not reply on this thread about account renewal: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1211538. Your account has been downgraded back to the Free account on August 07, 2017.
