PDF Responses - Can I change the file name on emails?

I cannot find anything on this already, I'm sure someone has asked the question.

Can I change the file name on the PDF submission that gets sent.

I want to have a copy go to the participant but with a large numbered file name it looks suspicious.

Unfortunately, you cannot rename the attached PDF file in the email alert or the downloaded PDF file on the Submissions page. By default, the file name of the PDF is the submission ID.

However, you can use Google Drive integration or DropBox integration and use custom folder name. Please refer to these guides:
